What we collect

If you use the quote request form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, service location, the service you're asking about, and any notes you add. That information goes to us by email so we can call you back. There's no database on this site storing it.

Just browsing the site without submitting the form still generates standard website analytics: which pages you visit, roughly where you're visiting from (city or region, nothing precise), what device and browser you're on, and whether you clicked to call us. That's through Google Analytics, and your IP address gets anonymized before it's stored.

What we don't do

• Your information isn't sold or rented to anyone.
• Nothing on this site requires an account, a login, or a password.
• No payments get processed or stored here.
• Your quote-request details go to us and nobody else, aside from the email or form service that delivers the message.

Cookies & analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visitors apart and measure how the site gets used. You can opt out right here (button below), through your browser's cookie settings, or with Google's ownAnalytics opt-out browser add-on. Turning analytics off changes nothing about calling us or submitting the quote form.

How long we keep it

Quote request emails stick around as long as we need them for follow-up and our own records, then get deleted periodically. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your choices

Ask what information we have tied to your name or phone number, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@soonersepticservice.com. We'll get back to you in a reasonable amount of time.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page gets updated, and the "last updated" date above changes with it.
