What we collect

If you use the quote request form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, service location, the service you're asking about, and any notes you add. That information is sent to us by email so we can call you back — we don't store it in a database on this site.

If you just browse the site without submitting the form, we collect standard website analytics: which pages you visit, roughly where you're visiting from (city/region level, not a precise address), what device and browser you're using, and whether you clicked to call us. We use Google Analytics for this. Your IP address is anonymized before it's stored.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't require an account, login, or password for anything on this site.
• We don't process payments or store payment information on this site.
• We don't share your quote-request details with third parties except the email/form service that delivers your message to us.

Cookies & analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can opt out right here on this site (button below), through your browser's cookie settings, or with Google's ownAnalytics opt-out browser add-on. Turning off analytics doesn't affect your ability to call us or submit the quote form.

How long we keep it

Quote request emails are kept as long as needed to follow up with you and for our own records, then deleted periodically. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have tied to your name or phone number, and ask us to delete it, by emailing info@soonersepticservice.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
